My Approach
Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed? Have you hit a roadblock in your relationships or creativity?
Do you long to cultivate a new sense of self where you feel whole, connected, and free to follow your heart?
Together we can explore how to connect more deeply to others and find your honest voice.
My treatment approach is active and adaptable, focusing on developing awareness of our experience in the present moment.
With awareness comes choice and freedom to live life more fully. Working this way, we sense how our emotional and physical selves are connected and how our well-being interweaves with our environment.
